Introduction of equipment
Our linear capping machine is suitable for all kinds of caps with a diameter of 10mm-100mm. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional capping machine in which one kind of cap is matched with one kind of optional cap head. The machine is novel and original, with convenient operation and adjustment. It can be used for both single machine production and ideal production line production. We have lifting system, swashplate type and oscillating type capping system, which can be selected according to actual needs.

Equipment features
1. The mode of “one rubbing cover wheel corresponds to one motor” ensures that the equipment is stable and reliable, the torque is consistent, and the adjustment is convenient even under long-term fatigue working condition.
2. the bottle belt can be adjusted individually to make it suitable for the rubbing of bottles with different heights and shapes.
3. if the bottle cap guiding device is selected, the device is also suitable for rubbing the lid with the pump head.
4. the adjusting mechanism has a ruler or a counter, which can effectively guarantee the consistency of the torque of the product.
5. equipped with lifting motor to replace the traditional hand adjusting handle, the automatic lifting of the rubbing machine can be realized.

7. equipped with servo cover, automatically adjust the tightness of the cover.
