1. the machine is driven by an electric motor, with simple structure and stable operation.
2. The asynchronous motor drives the conveyor belt to realize the input and output of the bottle. In the middle of the conveyor belt, a turntable is arranged skillfully, which brings great convenience to the work of the cap and greatly improves the efficiency. The lock cover rotates with the hollow shaft and its lower rod mechanism driven by the stepping motor, and the whole device moves up and down by the cylinder in the lower part.
3. The structure is simple and clear, the operation is convenient and the whole automation from the bottle entering to the bottle leaving is realized. It has the advantages of adjustable speed, accurate positioning, reliable cap rotating, stable operation, no noise and no damage to the cap.
